Copy for the website: In the past I have experienced difficulty developing a website for my businesses. Usually the designer asked me to provide the text of the website (or "copy," which is the term they use) and I found myself way out of my comfort zone. I know my business, and I know how to operate it, but that doesn’t make me a marketer with experience populating all the text boxes of a website for the world to see. YMMY includes developing the copy for my website, and this took out a lot of stress from the process, and I think this is a key to having such an excellent end product.

Managed expectations: During the process I knew exactly what the next step would be, and what to expect when they sent me a sample from the site. I had instructions as to what I was supposed to review, accept, or correct in each presentation. (ex. Color, layout and feel or text or functionality). This is great way to manage stakeholder expectations.

When the finished product was delivered, everything was perfect, and I had almost no corrections to suggest at that point. You could tell that the work was made with passion and with an eye for details.

They didn’t just build an online presence, they built a tool that will help me accomplish my business goals.
