Half my group was Canadian and regardless of the Oregon Liquor Control Commission explicitly stating that “An unexpired and unaltered driver license from a U.S. state, the District of Columbia, or a province or territory of Canada” are valid as a sole piece of ID the Canadians were not allowed to enter the bar with their Canadian drivers licenses. Then without warning, as the Canadians were coming back with their passports, security said “you’re drinking outside my bar, I’m not letting any of you in” and slammed the door. The whole experience was extremely rude, security was highly abrasive, and there was no respect provided to potential patrons. I would highly recommend frequenting another establishment given the choice.

One of the best dive bars I’ve ever been to. Apparently it’s been around since 1933, and it wears it well! Straightforward simple affordable drinks in a poorly lit graffiti covered bar, the identity of a true dive bar!

Saying Canadian ID is not valid in the US this guy has no clue. Did offer passport option. However I'm 50 years old not going to go back to the hotel to get this into pub at 50 and bring him a passport. He's got enough business but you know what if you're headed there and you're from out of town. Don't bother and it is the owner it's straight hostility!!!

I give this place a solid 5 stars because it is the most DIVE’eeeee-DIVE BAR I have ever encountered in my pursuit of dive bars!
Haha…and if you’re anything like me, I’m a lady but not that much of a lady. Meaning I LOVE me a rouge around the edges, real character, real stories, real drinks type of place.
Seriously a great place. And wait until you see the wall art! Uffff…

Dive bar for sure. A lot to look at including the graffiti on the walls. The place has character. Cheap drinks, generous pours. The bartender was precious. Bags of chips and jerky sticks plus a menu of things cooked in a microwave oven. I didn’t try any food but I would if I was hungry.

It is a Dive I went on Sunday afternoon do not be turned off by the look.Parked in garage nearby.Kinda hidden in Downtown.Cool place if you like real dive bars.
