Very unhelpful! I drove overhalf an hour to get here because I needed help seeing up internet service. They offered to help only if I agreed to pay their in-store process, which were $30 above the internet price. After failing to convince me their price was the only price, they refused to offer me any help navigating the xfinity.com website. If you can avoid it at all, don't go to this location!

Update. I think it was Nancy who refused to help me, based on previous reviews. After I left the store, I called AT&T to see what they could do. Their coverage didn't cover my address, but the lady who helped me took the time to look for other services and ultimately helped me to establish internet with xfinity at $45 under the monthly price offered in the store! So, if she could help me, why couldn't the lady in the actual store? The likely answer is she could have, but wanted to charge me as much as possible...

I had such a great experience today at xfinity. I went in for a new phone and got so much more out of the visit. Walter is an exceptional salesman that not only cared about making a sale but also creating a beautiful experience. I truly enjoyed chatting and getting to know him while he worked on transferring my phone. What a lovely human!

charging you for stuff in the store that you don’t need to pay. You go home and customer service doesn’t even know what you paid for, can’t even find whatever phone line they attached to my account. Avoid this place and just go to AT&T. These guys suck. I paid some fee upfront in store, customer service they can’t even find whatever I paid for.

I had the best experience with Nancy today she lowered my bill and convinced us to get phones I did read reviews first but we still chose to go and she was absolutely wonderful I’m so glad we did don’t always believe what you read on reviews I didn’t and we are so glad we didn’t I am recommending her to everyone we know she took the time to answer all of our questions and there was a lot and took the time to fully answer all of our concerns about the mobile part absolute gem with her patience we are older people highly recommend Nancy

I came in to ask about an install fee that I shouldn’t have been charged because the agents weren’t requesting nor were they ever in my home. The blonde lady in glasses ordered me to sit down and demanded I call to resolve the charge. I’m 89 years old there’s no need to be that cruel to people.

Trying to move my Xfinity from my home to new home in Bradley. No help. Made me look like a criminal. Still don't know how to move my Xfinity plan to new home in 4 days. I came into the store because I was sold a medical device that wasn't compatible with the phone I was sold. Nancy was very rude and refused to help me, but luckily Louis came to my rescue and helped get me in touch with the higher ups to replace the phone.

Go up
