Brian had worked with me on several projects that I had presented him. Not only did he charge fairly, he had worked very promptly and efficiently. As a residential designer, I make sure to recommend my top choices in both engineers and contractors to all of my clients. Compared to other engineers I have recommended in the past, my clients have definately been impressed with Wisner Engineering. He does a great job assessing the client's needs and delivering a great product. He is also very efficient to work with as I design buildings which is a rarity amongst other engineers.

I had Brian out to confirm whether I was or was not, in fact, an idiot. And despite giving him every opportunity he did not use the word. He was professional, very timely, and refused to charge me for the assessment. Would gladly work with him again.

Brian has been very helpful to our clients in their real estate purchase due diligence. Astoria has some complicated, older homes. Many of these homes have been involved with slides and other issues associated with sloped topography. While Brian is in high demand, he has offered timely evaluations and solutions to our real estate clients.

They provided engineering for my house plans for $1700 on 5/9/22. The house framers noticed at the time of ordering the materials for framing that the ridge beam calculations are missing. In order to correct the omission the Wisner Engineering is asking for $2775 to provide the missing calculations on 3/27/23. Unless you can verify the quality and completeness of their work yourself I suggest not to use them.
