Wilkin patents and creates marketing products which often get sent en mass to direct mail advertisers. Some of these products are electronic and utilize lithium batteries with no instructions for waste disposal. 1 marketing campaign containing 100,000 of these devices was used in my home state of Pennsylvania equating to > 100lbs of lithium batteries ending up in a landfill (ea battery weighs approx .5grams). This product is superfluous and wasteful. There are more clever and responsible ways to market a message than a bit of cellophane back lit by a blue LED and lithium battery.
