Super friendly staff provided excellent quality and service. We wandered in here and sat down 1st time. staff wa amazing told us all about the menu and drinks let us try the wontons. Great selection of IPA and Ciders and drinks.. We will be back. Give them a try!

Awesome Irish pub with lots of authentic options.
My beer i got was free because they had just tapped the keg and the head was to big so the waitress didn't charge me for it.
I definitely recommend the Shepherds pie or thier 50/50 burger with corned beef.

Just moved to Shelton and our first out on the town meal was at Wilde Irish Pub, it did not disappoint! Our server Brandi was an absolute delight. The drinks were delicious, the whisky sour was my favorite. The food was absolutely amazing! We tried the sampler and the fish and chips and the mushroom appetizer. Both were perfectly prepared and the portions were huge. We will definitely be back!

I got the fish n chips, and was surprised at the tiny little cupof tarter they served with such large cuts of fish. It was served fresh and hot, and I loved the batter used. Fish was a bit bland, probably cuz it was so large. I added salt and it helped. Saved the other fillet for at home so I could get more tartar sauce... Lol fried up really well in the air fryer.

My friend loved her plate, can't remember the dish. She said the meat was tender and delicious.

Because it was my bday, I received a free dessert. We got the cheesecake and it was fantastic, not too sweet, beautiful texture - definitely recommend.

I have had to adjust my original positive review of the Wild Irish Pub down to a negative. In the beginning the food was awesome, the place clean. This has not been my experience the last 2 times I have gone in there. The chairs, seats dirty. The floor so dirty your shoes stick to it as you walk, with dropped food left on the floor. Wait staff that ignor your table, something hard to do in that small space! The food is not consistent. One day great, the next two times awful. Fries overcooked, stale, no one ate them at the table. Chicken so old, chewy you could barely cut with a knife. I no longer can recommend Wild Irish Pub. Thet started out great... but their service is bad, their food is bad and inconsistent. After 6 tries, we are done.

This place for food is absolutely amazing, their beer selection is good, just basic beer taps though, the food is delicious, the blue cheese burger is very good definitely worth a try, if you leave this place hungry it’s your fault as the portion sizes are very big. You get what you pay for here, quality and quantity go far here.
Service was excellent they are pet friendly but not kiddo friendly. If you’re in the area you need to stop by and check this place out! Thank you for the hospitality I will be coming back!

We’ve had a few decent experiences here, tonight was not one of them. While it wasn’t busy or late, the waitress/bartender rushed us through our meal, bringing our entrees while we were less than halfway through our appetizers. She almost left after taking our orders, and we had to call her back to take a drink order. We were never asked if we wanted desert, just if we were done eating. When we asked, she rattled off desserts as if she was hoping we would not order any. We heard the patrons who came in later receiving a different variation of the same crappy service. I guess she had something she would have rather been doing this night. The food was ok- my “mad burger” was terrific, my wife’s stew which is normally good was lukewarm warm and uninspired like it came from the bottom of the pot. This was such a disappointment after such a wonderful service and food other times. Maybe it’s just Sunday nights. Our other experiences were much better, fun and lite. Next time, if I see her when I step in out of the cold, I will about-face and go down to the wood fired pizza place 3 blocks down.
