We were with them for two years. Our insurance was canceled do to not getting pictures we were told. Our agent Ally, not sure that's how you spell it, had in her notes that she talked to Deborah, not true, they don't even have my number. We went drove in and Ally was at lunch. We went back and talked to her and she said she did not have it in her notes that she talked to me on the phone, straight out lie, I said that is not true the other agent in there looked us up and that's what you had put in your notes. I don't like liars. Make sure your agent is working for you. We found new insurance, and it is over$2000 less...
