I’ve been part of Welcome Wagon for over a year, and my experience has been disappointing. Despite repeated requests for a copy of the agreement, I’ve been ignored. The program has yielded minimal results—only two booked calls and two telemarketer interactions during this time. Customer service has been unresponsive, and their attempt at restitution by offering something already included in the agreement, which hasn’t been delivered since the program's inception, along with the promised social media support, felt dismissive. Overall, the lack of communication and poor performance have been deeply frustrating.

Its few and far between I write reviews since it requires me to use technology. I started my pressure washing business about 4 years ago, and last year it took a hit due to hurricane Irma and the abundance of new competition. I turned to Welcome Wagon to advertise my business on social media. A good idea considering I hardly know how to operate my iPhone. It skyrocketed my business and put my company out there in front of all the new competition. Hurricanes are extremely unfortunate, but I took the chance with Welcome Wagon to not only help my business in a competitive time but for my family’s overall well-being. It’s a great day for my business and family, our new custom shirts arrived, and business is booming.
