Don't agree to anything verbally. Get everything in writing because I can almost guarantee you'll need it. This company pulls a typical 'bait and switch'. I was sold web sites. Then after sites were built, I was then told about hosting fees, etc. I had a service level agreement in place where the promised additional sites. They never delivered. When I called or emailed about them, both went unanswered. The work was mediocre at best
but the customer service was definitely sub par.

I was promised a content management system where I could make updates/changes myself. I never received it. I worked with someone by the name of Jay Anderson and Aiden (don't have the last name).

Save yourself the headache of having to dispute charges with your credit card company later. I DO NOT recommend this company.

Alex smith helped me right away on the final touches i needed to make on the website. He was prompt in getting back to me and at the end we got it completed. I did however have issues but he somehow managed to fix them in runtime. The overall site built well and 100% satisfied with their services

Horrible company. Almost a year and the website is not complete. Asked for a refund on a portion they cannot finish and also asked for login credentials to finish myself. 6k and it looks like someone only spent a couple hours on it. I will be taking legal action.

Webexperts scammed me out of $2500 and I am having a hard time getting a refund. They don't return phone calls or respond to emails. It's been one year and my website is still not finished. Webexperts has no shame, no integrity and is a fraudulent company. Warning...don't waste your time.

worst business ever. i spent almost 5 grand on a website and its been 6 months and its still not done. not even close. I can build a website in 2 weeks easily i just didnt have time. dont waste your time. I already have a lawsuit open that they dont know about.
