I experienced a rude encounter with Evelyn at the front desk on 3/20/2025. She was very rude and not helpful at all. As you pull up to the building the building is very tinted so you can’t see inside. Upon delivering a package to this building there is signs outside for delivery drivers. WHICH I READ. The sign states for big packages they need to be delivered to the back. The package I delivered was not big what so ever. So me, I went to the front for assistance as the sign was not clear. As ringing approaching the door I looked inside and could see Evelyn sitting and she’s yelling from behind a desk like I can hear her. So I asked what? She got from behind the desk and stated to deliver to the back as the sign stated and pointed at the sign. Before I can even ask for clarity she had the nastiness attitude possible, probably because she actually had to leave from behind a desk and help someone. Oh well. Anywho, I told her the sign was not clear enough, asked for her name and proceeded to my car. I wouldn’t recommend this business as someone can’t ask for clarity for a package to make sure it is dropped in a safe place. Also, god don’t like ugly and he is always waiting for people like this to be humbled! Good day!

I encountered one of your trucks driving dangerously Dec 21 around 12:50 on near Atlanta airport. Happened in two occasions. Once overtaking someone while on on ramp and forcing them to merge before the trailer would hit then.

Second time a few minutes later by changing lanes without lights or warning. Causing the person in that lane to swerve into next lane as he continued moving over even while person honked.

Driver was white man with sunglasses, driving a white truck with white trailer. Markings labeled it as CSM and JHE production.

This was dangerous and could have easily killed multiple people just before the holidays.
