For nearly 5 years now the income has been great, the experience has been great, the incentives and trips have been amazing, but the culture and the people are the absolute best. The leadership in Mesa is among the best in the company with a focus on helping their team grow financially, professionally and personally. Vector Marketing has allowed me to graduate college debt free (my parents didn't have the means to help), purchase a home upon graduating college, and further develop the soft skills needed in this competitive job market. Regardless of your major or career path, growing personally is something that I have gained from working here. They say that if you truly believe in something, you should have no reservations recommending it to a friend. From my 10 years working here (sales rep, branch manager, district manager, and now corporate) I have recommended many friends to work with Vector. They would also agree that the experience has helped them develop to become the person that they are today. Andrew, the local District Manager is a genuine individual who has a heart for helping people succeed. Every was great the first day I went .. I went for training day 1 and it was 8 hours I said fine I can make money who cares.. I went for day 2 after sitting through 4 hours of day 2 Andrew was very Insulting and RUDE! He is supposed to be the CEO but yet he couldn't treat his future amazing employee like a HUMAN .. The kitchen cutlery seems Awesome .. just Don't work for ANDREW .. go to a different office if you wanna be an employee there. Geo should run the office he knows how NOT to talk someone down and his approach was pleasant !

After 7 minimum wage jobs I can’t ever imagine doing another job where I’m not valued for my worth/ethic. My DM Andrew Nickerson, best “boss” I’ve ever worked for but better leader. Amazing place to work and grow!

It is a good pyramid scheme, however you must have a vast multitude of family and friends who will purchase these over priced cutlery and gardening tools.
Unfortunately not everyone does which ultimately creates your demise.
Not to forget that my particular office up and moved over night to a different CITY. nice..

If you received mail for a job from this place, you basically come in for an interview and they will pretty much say yes. They want you to become, basically, a sales representative and sell knives from Cutco. That's what is all about.
