The first time I came here everything was great was helped out quickly excatly what I wanted however the past 2 days in a row I have arrived at the shop at 5:12 hoping to print some items since the hours both online and on the door say open till 5:30 but both time the door has been locked and the shop closed even when I called at 5:05 the line rings and rings. I don't often take time to write reviews, but I was very impressed after reading the homepage of this shop. The homepage highlights their emphasis on customer service and suggest the customer matters. Unfortunately, those are apparently merely words to attract customers. The initial greeting was great; however, everything went down hill after I submitted a request for a memorial auto sticker.
I was informed the product would be ready on Monday and would receive a phone call. Disappointment one, Monday arrived just as it always does, but no phone call. So, I patiently waited with an understanding and assumption that I would receive a call maybe on Tuesday. Disappointment two, I did not receive a call; therefore, I exercise basic customer service and contacted the shop. The phone call went well and the owner informed me the shop had been busy, but indeed they would complete my order on Friday and give me a call. Disappointment three, no phone call, no text, and more disappointingly...no product.
My recommendation, make it a point to at least follow-up with the customer. A small order could pave the way for larger orders; thus, magnifying your return on investment. I write this review with respect and hopefully your organization will allow the customer to unite with the service in the foreseeable future.

I took an 8x10 pic in to this business and the owner did a fantastic job with her graphic art skills by minuting and framing it! And the surprise was it was only $20.00! That certainly made my day! She has a bubbly personality and is most definitely a people person! Address very organized and detailed! I will go back again for more pic’s because the price for that detailed work was well worth it!!

Vance print shop is the best around. Kim is my older sister and she works herself to the bone to make sure every customer sees their dreams realized. She is an incredibly generous and talented person. If you’re in the market for a printed product this is the place to go.
