Do not hire this company to advertise for you. They have a representative calling us daily for over a month to donate money to an organization. We have continuously told her that if the owner is interested in donating, we will call her back. Today I finally asked her to stop calling us because we are not interested at this time and hung up. She called me back and said "You are going to wish you did not hang up on me." I'd stay as far away from this company as possible.

i was HIGHLY misinformed on the phone when i agreed to pay for the ad. I was also charged $100 more than the business down the street for the same size ad, as well as a $10 freight charge i was not informed about and my maps were delivered to me from a man, not a freight. i'm not happy. I have also been trying to contact someone all day and cant get through. i feel very scammed and 100% do not recommend.

From someone who has learned from experience, do your research before conducting business with any company. Ask for a physical sample of their product before providing them with any of your business information. Inquire what other local businesses do business with them; then call those businesses to ask what their experience has been. Consider the reach of the product; are maps going to bring in your target market? Also, check their website and read reviews on Facebook, Google, the Better Business Bureau for example. Marketing can be expensive but you get what you pay for. Choose wisely and I always recommend supporting local advertising companies first. On a positive note, UAAI did provide me with a discount (as they have others) and delivered more maps than originally indicated when I expressed concern that the cost for the product was not prohibitive.
