Appetizers were phenomenal. I can’t recommend the grilled cheese dippers enough. The drinks are also great.
Our entrees, mediocre. Nothing stood out. I’d give my chicken sandwich a 2.2 out of 5. Not much flavor at all besides cucumber and tomatoes.
Beautiful spot with not a lot of parking. Will come back for drinks and appetizers.

Very happy we found this place! Such a unique place with an amazing atmosphere. All of the staff here are so fun and easy to crack jokes with. It's a beautiful space with delicious and fun drink options. Great spot for brunch and plenty of great food items from brunch to dinner. I'll definitely be coming back any time I'm in the state again! Thank you for such a great experience.

My server Meadow made my experience welcoming and service was fast! Food tasted hot and fresh. This restaurant also participates in “great plates” which feeds the homeless in Fort Collins area!! Can’t wait to come back!

Stopped by for lunch, I had the Union Burger with a fried egg on top with a side of fries. The burger was very good, and the fries were thin cut, with a good portion size. The staff were friendly, and even though the place was pretty busy, the service was still pretty quick. We sat outside, and the atmosphere all around was very modern and ideal. I would eat here again.

I've loved going to Union for years now, and the last time we visited I was disappointed. They are no longer offering Happy Hour unless you are seated in the bar area, and they don't have it advertised anywhere. When I asked our waitress if they got rid of it she said "kind of" and informed us we had to be seated in the bar, told us the new deals, and then didn't offer to move us or honor those deals even though we ordered a few items that would've been cheaper. I really loved getting happy hour drinks & snacks on the patio here, and now we will be skipping it this summer since we have to be inside at the bar.

But let’s be honest here, the real star of the show was the atmosphere. This place lives up to its reputation with a spacious, open layout that allows you to soak in the beautiful Colorado weather. Picture this: you're sitting on the patio, a gentle breeze rustling through the trees, and a gorgeous sunset painting the sky—it's like dining in a postcard.

The servers were another highlight. They were super nice and incredibly attentive. They managed to keep our glasses full and our spirits high without missing a beat.

We enjoyed the vibe so much that we came back a second time. It's rare for us to repeat a restaurant on vacation, but this spot was the exception. It wasn't just the food or the service; it was the entire experience. It felt like we were dining in the comfort of a friend's backyard, minus the awkward conversation about their new lawnmower.

If you're in Fort Collins, do yourself a favor and visit this place. Come for the food, stay for the atmosphere, and leave with a smile.

So delicious I was dancing! We got the tofu bahn mi and Olympus bowl with spicy mustard sauce. Both were amazing! The huckleberry rose was such a great, refreshing drink and the strawberry fields was like dessert with alcohol. Definitely worth it. Seating was beautiful in the garden, too.
