TST Industries is an exceptional company. Not only are their products of the highest quality, but their customer support and service are second to none.

My wife and I have been faithful customers for the better part of 5 years now, spanning 6 different motorcycles- and have never had an issue with their parts.

Their installation instructions, as well as their online video content are outstanding.

Regarding their customer support- I recently had an issue where I needed a replacement part (due to no fault of TST). I called them, leaving a voicemail, per the telephone prompt. Within 48 hours, I had a pleasant, productive conversation with their customer support, along with an invoice and shipping information for my requested replacement part. Where else do you get such personable customer service?

Any time I'm asked about fender eliminator, integrated tail lights, or turn signals- TST Industries is ALWAYS my first recommendation.

Great Customer service and their products fit like oem. I ride a Yamaha R7 and they have so many mods for it! They have videos on how to install every part you buy which makes it super easy to install. When I had a defective part they replaced it and got it shipped in less than a week. Great company and they deserve more than 5 stars

Outstanding Service, Even After a Hurricane

These guys are incredible! I had an appointment scheduled just two days after Hurricane Milton hit, and even though the shop was closed, Bart, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. He opened up just for me, which was far from standard, but I had already made the two-hour drive to get there.

Once I arrived, they flashed my bike, and made sure I got all the parts I had ordered. Bart, along with Mark and Benjamin, worked together—some of them even assisting over the phone—to get everything done. The team did an amazing job, and my bike's performance is now significantly better. Highly recommend them!

Took 21 days to get a working light but I received no compensation. Great taillight, however, my $150, in my opinion, went to the product and the whole process getting me the product. This I could not value at $150.

I bought a taillight from TST November 14th. They initially sent me a faulty tail light. I went through the trouble shooting process with them and they decided to send me a new one. The customer service from this point was awesome. I asked if it could be expedited and they said in their own words they couldn’t. To me this is aggravating. From a business point of view you have to get right with your customer.

Recently installed my 2023 R7 front flash mount turn signals, Shorty Lever and fender eliminator with pod turn signals. Best quality product . Super easy installation. Definitely recommended.

I ordered a set of frame sliders for my 2024 Suzuki GSX 8R. The item arrived in a week (from Florida to California). The quality of the parts is definitely a 5. They are very well made. The parts look great, another 5. The installation was easy, especially with the online video from TST showing how to install the parts on my specific bike, another 5.

Now for the problem. The brackets attached to the bike easily but the nuts welded to the brackets to hold the sliders and pucks had a different thread than the supplied bolts so I could not finish the installation. I contacted TST customer support and they responded quickly and agreed to send new brackets and bolts. They did ship them quickly but they shipped them via the USPS on the cheap and it took another week to get the replacement parts. Mistakes happen, but when a customer gets unusable parts on a $250 item the right thing to do is ship the replacement parts quickly. The replacements should have been sent 2nd day or something similar, not a one week delivery.

TST makes a great product and I will be ordering from them again. The reason I didn't give them a 5 star overall rating is the slow shipping on the replacement parts.
