Britney is the best when it comes to customer service. I place an order every year around February, and she is very knowledgeable about all the products, she is very friendly and positive, and she always gets the job done. I've never had a bad piece from Trophy Awards. Their timeline is short, very quick, and always deliver a terrific product. It might just be me, but when I walk in their store, I'm always a bit taken back, because you see their team working hard, very quiet, and focused... it's a unique layout, but it helps give confidence that their team is fully dedicated to making sure your product/trophy is exactly what you need! 5/5 🙂

Great service, great price. I wanted something very specific, and the design proof came back quickly and exactly as I described. Turnaround including shipping was pretty much exactly as advertised. I'm glad I found this shop rather than using Amazon or another giant faceless corporation. I only wish I needed more awards/plaques. Thanks for the quality service!

Gail is EXCELLENT! I have enjoyed working with her this year. I have tried to give plenty of notice for items I needed, but towards the end of the year, I unfortunately needed some items with very short notice.
