Very disappointed in Shawn's professionalism. After 10 days, I was returned my computer with no ability to connect to the internet. Doesn't comes when he says, doesn't communicate well either (doesn't return calls or text messages) in a timely manner. In the end I need to call someone else to figure out why my computer doesn't connect to the internet.

I cracked my laptop screen and decide to go to Treasure Coast Network Solution for help. I spoke with Sean and he told me everything I needed to know, such as the cost, the process of getting a new screen, and when he’ll be able to work on it. He seemed very nice and was considerate of my busy schedule. There were no hidden fees and all I needed to do was send a deposit to start the process of fixing my laptop. Unfortunately, I decided not to continue as a family friend offer to help me instead. I contacted Sean and he was able to give me all my money back within minutes. I may have not gotten a repair from here yet, but based on the excellent customer service and the transparency, I would gladly come back to fix any future laptop problems I may have.

She has been using him for years and they are really fair with their prices. They were able to come out to my home the same day I called them. Shawn showed up on time, professionally dressed and had my computer running like new in 35 minutes. I was amazed because my computer was 5 years old. Shawn also helped me with a password issue I was having with my email. He was even able to put a special program on my computer that would allow him to remote-connect to my computer in the future.
