I called to see if they trademarked like ideas you know ? Didn't know they were a financial company or whatever they do . And I see alot of Great reviews but the rep I spoke with was so rude with her responses like I did something wrong to her and I just asked a simple question I didn't even get her name because when I asked for it she refused then asked for mine and without a problem gave her mine and she still refused to give it to me . I'm a CS agent so you put the customer first even though the may not be a potential customer. It was so lame how she treated me
