Very disappointed that I had ordered for shipping on Wednesday and it wasn't shipped same day like it says on the website if you order before cut off. It was shipped friday when I emailed them about why it hasn't shipped yet. I've ordered plenty of times for pick up and decided to try shipping because it takes me 40 mins to drive to this location. I needed these totes for an event and they won't be here. I asked if I can pick up instead and all I got was "your order will ship as soon as possible". I got the tracking email and a response to my email at the same thime, thats crazy. Also when heat pressing the tote bags it smells. The smell does goes away once the tote bag is cooled back down. But other than that issue they're okay.

Great quality at a great price. We ordered for the students in our pre-school. The totes we ordered are the perfect size for their lunches to come into school, and precious artwork to go home with them!! Wonderful customer service too!!
