Not sure who the tardmo was that thought that closing due to "overwhelming returns" was a wonderful idea for the snowflakes that were overwhelmed...... I come here and donate exorbitant fees to ship things. Not Amazon. WELL I did used to come here. It was convenient compared to USPS. So, I thought it over and on the spirit of the new year... Blah blah blah, tried them again. Low and behold they told me they don't have any boxes in stock for my stuff, I was told to drive to home Depot and buy a box and bring it back. Umm.... No. What a joke.

The young kid stole my nieces Christmas gift (a few gift cards) and when we went back to the store because according to tracking it never left the store he made up a story of the distribution center got robbed that Saturday but 5 min before that told us they don’t do store pickups on Saturday so it had to of left Monday. Now UPS only wants to reimburse the shipping cost. It’s not over. Have left several messages for the manager to call back but refuses to do so. Must be a sign of guilt. I will get my money back for everything or will push until charges get filed. Looks like this store stole and laptop a few months ago.

Returning an item has always been free from Amazon. What a DISAPOINTMENT. Needed to return a product from Amazon. Went to this store item was already packaged and they want to charge $5.00 to print my label off. This has always been free. Won't be going here for my shipping needs anymore. That's price gouging if you ask me.

Dropped off a laptop and label here last Tuesday to be shipped to Miami. Post office picks up after 4. I was told it would be packaged and sent that day. A week later the package hasn't been delivered so I stopped by. According to tracking it was never received by the Post Office at all. It's been more than a week. I've gone to the Post Office and checked with them, of course, and they don't have it. Another trip back to this store and I'm given a claims number and an apology that does nothing for my customer, who hasn't received their product. Unacceptable!! I guess the take away here is that if you're business depends on packages being handled properly you might want to consider using a different location or going direct. I would think more responsibility would be taken if you're accepting packages on behalf of another organization.

In and out, quick friendly service. Good location with plenty of parking available. As an Amazon drop off point, it makes returns simple and easy, you don't need a box or a label! Just bring your returning item and they will box, label, and ship it for you, no hassle, no fuss. Would recommend to anyone.

I don’t know how they treat packages but I’ve had two packages arrive broken costing me $2500 in loses. I’ve shipped the same items in the past via USPS or Fed Ex and have never had a problem. So I only recommend as a last resort and make sure to insure it!
