I haven’t personally worked with Sign It Guy Graphix, but I encountered their company’s stickers all over a job site that clearly wasn’t theirs. It’s pretty concerning to see a business trying to take credit for someone else’s work. This kind of behavior raises red flags about their integrity and professionalism. If they’re willing to mislead in this way, I’d be cautious about trusting them with any project. First impressions matter, and this one wasn’t great.

I had the best experience with this company. I contacted them to help us with a logo design for our company. We kind of had an idea of what we wanted, but gave them full creative freedom. Within a few tries, Alex nailed it! Since then, we’ve had them make a sign for our location, place vinyl signs on our windows, and make our business cards. When a business behaves in an honest way to its clients, it will not have any type of problem. You are not being true to the facts and we can defend ourselves against that; we have evidence and witnesses. You gave us your price for the service and we agreed and payed for it. We followed all the instructions given and took the motorcycle to your shop. You did not request for the tank to be emptied and separated from the motorcycle. So when we went to get the bike, which you said was all done, we noticed that part of the tank was not done. We immediately informed you that we were not satisfied. You claimed that for you to do a perfect job, the tank had to be done separated from the bike. I, then, personally delivered the tank to your hands. You left the tank outside in your yard and I left. When you informed us for the second time that the tank was ready, we went to pick it up and it was again in the bushes in your yard. The tank was put in my car’s trunk, which is protected by carpet. When we arrived at home, we noticed that the tank was not redone, but patched up. Besides there were scratches, that, probably, were not cause by the transportation on a carpeted trunk, but maybe by being placed in your yard. We tried to get into an agreement with your company to get only the service we hired and payed for; and we did not get the proper assistance. If anybody in this situation was more harmed, for sure, it was us. If you think that the court path is the shorter than the path of solving the problem with your client, doing a good service, or refunding the money, no problem. We will see each other in court, because we can prove our truth. Lastly, if you classify your client, that trusted your company, hired your service, payed in advance, was unsatisfied, and did not have your assistance, as a horrible client, then that is the description I give to you too.
