I lived here for 4 years, management was excellent, I never had any problems with them at all. This is an ideal place to live. The people in the community are friendly and nice. The area was safe and very clean.

I toured The Place at Fountains at Sun City hoping this would be my future home. My first contact was with Patty who gave me a tour of the property and the apartment. Patty was so helpful, positive and knowledgeable. The property is clean, beautiful and well maintained. I also met a couple of residents who were very nice and love living there. My move-in will be delayed due to family obligations but Patty has kept in contact with me. My overall experience was very, very positive. This will be my future home. Patty is the best.

This had been my eighth stay at the Fountains since 2009. The Fountains Office personnel, Patty & Russ, are great. They complement each other very well. It is worth mentioning that security could be improved, especially given the nearby homeless encampment which results in illicit transit through the apartment complex and sometimes theft, though not in my case (that's why I always select an upstairs apartment). The homeless situation is not unique, obviously, not only in Sun City, but in the U.S. Besides Patty and Russ, the most noteworthy assets of The Fountains is its location and fellow residents. This had been my 8th stay at The Fountains, so that speaks of how I feel about this property and I would stay there again should I return from overseas again. Can't say enough about Patty and Russ. Old folks, like me, and even me, can be sometimes difficult. I give straight feedback, which is welcome and I get back straight feedback, which is a valuable commodity in today's U.S. I wish every single person in The Fountains continued health, success, and good luck. God Bless them all.

Pros:
Property management, Patty and Russ get 5 stars. Patty and Russ are amazing and I just love them. They try very hard to make this a great community and have been very accommodating from day one. Maintenance staff, Alex and Dana, are awesome and respond to work orders quickly. The exterior of the property is well maintained.
Cons:
Interior kitchens need renovated badly. The apartments are beautiful, but those old kitchens remove a lot of its charm. Parking spaces can be a little too far from your apartment for a senior community. They really do need to get automatic door openers. It is heartbreaking to see residents in wheel chairs or with disabilities struggle to get through the doors. Finally, they do have a rat and sewer bug issue here. Rats are mainly in the the exterior of the property, which makes it a little eerie if you want to use the pool or take out trash in the evening.

However, the great customer services balances some things out for me. I have enjoyed living here for the most part, but if Patty and Russ were not here, I think many of us residents wouldn't be eighter, and yes, they are that good!

I'm giving the Fountains at Sun City an initial review of 5 stars for the excellent experience we had working with Russ in deciding if this property would meet our current needs. We did choose to lease at the Fountains based on the overall property appearance, cleanliness of the apartments, pricing relative to single family homes, and their pet policy. I believe we will be very pleased living there.

Have lived at The Fountains at Sun City for 3 1/2 years after leaving the east coast, and have never looked back.

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with lots of space, windows, and closets. Beautiful grounds, covered parking, activities, bus to shopping and restaurants

Friendly neighbors, and love the morning coffee group that gets together every morning, with coffee (and frequent treats) supplied by the complex.

Mostly though, the on site staff is amazing. They’ve literally become “family.” Thank you Patty, Cathy, Maria, Dennis, and John, for all you do for us. The Fountains would not be what it is without you. An extra thank you to Patty, our manager. Her door is always open, and she’s always ready to listen to ideas.

If you’re looking for a lovely apartment complex for independent seniors, look no further.

i recently visited the fountains with my grandparents. they are moving here from WI and are very worried about the move. they have never lived in an apartment. Patty showed them around and they were very impressed with her. she made them feel at ease about moving and i am so thankful. My family has been trying to get them to move here for years. i think they are finally going to do it!!

I have lived at the Fountains for nine months. From my first meeting with Russ I was immediately impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The facilities has everything that anyone could possibly need. The residents are wonderful as I was able to develop lasting friendships. Without reservation, I give my highest recommendation to anyone looking at living in Sun City.
