-Changing my review from 3 to 5 stars due to Stacey calling me directly to address the issue. I have the upmost respect and appreciation for her fixing the issue especially so quickly.

Poor communication skills. Didn’t even call to tell me my case had been transferred to a different paralegal after I had tried for a week to get ahold of who was originally assigned. Due to original paralegal dropping the case my paperwork did not get filed timely even though I had turned in all documents needed multiple days before my 30 day window closed. Then gave unrealistic timeline “you’ll hear from me early next week” and then the entire week went by without a phone call.
Then asked multiple questions to new paralegal assigned to my case, and when asked the same questions today she gave me completely different answers and tried to tell me she was not who I talked to previously, which she was because how else would I know who to ask for? I’ll be thankful once I get my papers done.

-only giving 3 stars because I liked Stacey during my consult.

While my initial phone call with Grant was great, I was less than impressed with the attorney we met with. There were multiple scheduling issues—two different emails were sent with conflicting appointment times, and when we arrived, we were met with, “You are late,” which did not feel very customer-friendly.
As we entered Mr. Parker’s office, he realized we needed an additional chair and, while retrieving one, remarked, “Why would so many people need to come to this meeting?” The answer is simple—my father-in-law is 86 years old and needed support in understanding his legal rights.
From the start, Mr. Parker made it clear that he could not help us, which is understandable. However, a little courtesy and mindfulness of the situation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this attorney.

We retained the law firm to assist us with a family law case. We live in another state and needed an attorney from Christian Co to represent us. Hind site is 20/20 and if we had know, we would not had went with this firm. We were to have an initial consult and never received this. When we did speak with him, he was rude. His paralegal was short with us. We put up the $3500 retainer and they over charged us for work that we actually did. They didn't attend zoom calls and asked us to give them the minutes, when we did, they charged us. Paperwork was not filed correctly. We ended up dismissing this firm and going with another firm due to lack of integrity, trust and faith in our attorney that we hired to represent us.
