Experience was better than many for an out-of-state license transfer. Tricia was especially helpful!! Make sure to get on the virtual waitlist before heading over (we were estimated 1 hour and only had to wait 10 mins of that once we checked in on-site)

This facility along with the others in Town is always busy. I was greeted by friendly staff and after a wait that I expected because of the number of people in line I was called in and processed very quickly and professionally. Most of the slow downs I witnessed was due to people not bringing the proper paperwork and documents required for their visit.

Shout out to Ash that was my driving instructor for my test! He was so kind and understanding. Even let me redo my parallel parking by swinging back around when I goobered the first attempt from the anxiety getting to me. The ladies at the DMV stalls were kind every time I've been here. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 is because of the people they have posted at the table by the kiosk. I get the impression they don't know what they're doing, and the older gentleman is rude. Not sure what purpose they serve.

If you have to go to the Eastgate office pray the Middle Eastern fellow doesn't get your number. Especially, if your female. He offers zero help in navigating the process and expects people to understand the procedures as well as a DPS employee does. If I had only encountered him I would have given a 1 star rating. If I had only encountered the ladies behind the counter I would have given a 5 star rating. After I asked to speak to a supervisor I was sent to them. They were sweet and polite and worked diligently to find a solution for my issue. I waited an hour and in that time the fellow never had someone walk away from his counter looking satisfied with the interaction, everyone who walked away from the ladies looked as if they had at least gotten answers to the issue. On the whole the manner in which Oklahoma handles DL and registration is much easier on the customer thannother states I have lived in.

The guy that is sitting outside the office is extremely rude! He acts like people know exactly how everything works. Gets mad when you ask him a question! I wonder if he is not getting paid enough to just sit there and instruct people.

The woman who was testing the driving part was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. We were poorly treated. The testers in Broken Arrow were really nice, real professionals. Don't waste your time going here.

I do not understand that terrible comments on this. We got here at 8:15 on a Thursday, we were greeted by a very friendly woman who made sure we had all the proper documents for my daughter to get a learner's permit. We were given a number and we are 5th in line. There are 9 stations open and plenty of seating. This is the best experience I have ever had with a DMV, my daughter's driving instructor urged us to come here because of their efficiency, so glad we listened. Not much of a wait, friendly people, and very nice place. And you're not outside, there is a HUGE waiting area, it's the old food court in Eastland Mall.
