The most worry-free way to sell your home is to work with Amy & Tim Nixon! They took care of everything from re-homing furniture and household items to cleaning and staging the house for sale. And if they couldn’t fix something, they “had a guy” who would promptly provide whatever service I needed. I absolutely trusted Amy & Tim to have my best interests foremost in mind in all our interactions. Their advice and support was always spot-on, and they made things so easy for me. The Nixon's are AMAZING and so much FUN to work with!
We listed our home with them and it sold in 3 days...Unbelievable!!
We also bought our new home from them and it was Easy Peacy...No issues whatsoever!
We did decide to do some upgrades in our new home, and they referred some AMAZING Contractors to us...they seem to have a large library of Honest & Reliable Contractors...whatever you need, they've got a guy!

Tim and Amy Nixon are the best! I asked them for info about selling my mom’s home, and they were honest about pricing and not pushy at all. Signed up with them right away! Communication was the best!
