I have used Logo Boutique several times and each time they NEVER disappoint! Their creativity is beyond my expectations. My recent project was so good that I asked to purchase an additional logo from the project board. The $99 deal is the best bargain in the industry! The service is prompt and personal. I should have trusted my gut to not proceed with this company again to design a logo for my travel group. Although I used them previously in 2022 for which they provided, I thought, a reasonably designed logo; however, I ended up not using it when I found out it was not an original design but rather a stock photo. Base it on stupidity, I decided to give them my business in 2024 and deja vue all over again. Reasons to think twice about this company: Designs are sub-par and the designer I am working with named Melissa does not either understand the brief or is a novice to designing logos. They state on their website of a money back guarantee and of course, I put in a request for a refund and a request to speak with their Art Director. However, after they read this review and because I am so disgusted now, they will probably not honor it and that is perfectly fine with me.
I have wasted my time and money thinking they were going to redeem themselves. Be warn to anyone looking for a true logo design company, this is not it.

Working with this company was very challenging. I have worked with them twice, and both times there were issues with paying attention to details. I gave them another chance because maybe it was just the person I worked with who didn't do a good job. The second time working with them, it was worse. They seriously need to improve on returning phone calls. I called multiple times after they started to work on my book cover and left voicemails, but no one ever returned my calls. They don't respond to emails. The person working on my project was not paying attention to the details I sent ahead of time and during the process. I sent her the exact dimensions for my book cover size, and she created it wrong more than once. It seems all they care about is getting money and not doing the job correctly to make sure the client is happy. I ended up having to seek help somewhere else, and that meant I had to spend more money. The person who assisted me was so knowledgeable and efficient. He listened and paid attention to the details. He told me the book cover Logo Boutique created was formatted wrong. He fixed it within one day and also offered additional assistance with a few other things for my book. I reached out to Logo Boutique via email and the message board, and they have not responded. This is an example of bad business. If they didn't know how to size the book cover correctly, they should have told me that instead of wasting my time and money. I was told by the project manager it was the correct size. That was not true. Some form of discount should have been offered for not finishing the project correctly. They took no accountability for what they did wrong. I would not recommend their services to anyone or use them again. Companies do things like this too often but would not like it if they were on the other end, as the client and the company treated them this way. Stop taking people's money if you do not complete the job correctly.
