We stopped in after a business trip, food is great! Onion rings were fully cooked & crispy. Best I've had in a long time! Burger was a 1/2 pound & very good! Salsa was fresh, thick & tasty, a tad heavy on the cilantro to my taste, but then I'm a garlic lover. Still was very very good. They make a beautiful BLT, I was told also very good by my colleague.

We come here all the time. We walk down here all the time. But today we have a new waitress heather who didn’t even tell us her name. After my husband had 2 drinks we got cut off. My husband comes and drinks 4 beers. 2 drinks in 1 hour.

The service was bad
She was busy
But she was rude. I left a great review here last year. Bring Sam back!

So tonight we tried The Loft in Whitewright. Such a fun place. We sat at the bar, it was crowded, but great service. We were at shift change and they didn't skip a beat on service. We had the Pick 3 appetizer, then pizza. All was good and it was a fun atmosphere. Cotton introduced himself as the new General Manager and he has a great personality and they all want you to be satisfied with your visit. We will be back.

We stumbled upon this pub from out of town and it was the best experience! Our waitress Christina was serving a full house but still had a great attitude and make our time at The Loft great. You can’t go wrong with a pizza, but the daily special is amazing too!

Where to begin, this used to be a good place to eat.. Calzone breading was a little tough. The grilled chicken salad SHRUNK from a meal to a snack. Couple beers n it was $40 freaking dollars. We could of gone had steaks for that. Last time we will go.. No wonder the place was empty...

The food was good today, but the service was lacking and there were flies everywhere - or at least hovering around our table and they wouldn't leave us alone. I don't think our server smiled a single time and he wasn't friendly at all. Usually the service is pretty good, albeit slow.

Update 9/23: the service was friendly this time but REALLY slow. We were the only diners and no one came in to pick up food and it still took 45 minutes to get our one pizza. The pizza we ordered wasn't very good and the flies were so annoying we could barely eat in between batting away the flies. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE FLIES!!

Drove in late from San Antonio... cook took great pride in my order. Calzone was awesome, pasta dish was terrific, and burger was delicious! Relaxed atmosphere and good food. Glad we stopped in!

The kitchen forgot how to make pizza dough, like literally you were told by the wait staff no one in the kitchen knows how to make the pizza dough. My wife and I waited well over in an hour after ordering our food for a single large pizza. In all fairness once we got the pizza it was good, they did not charge us for the food because of the delay, and I understand with business people call out of work. But it's still kind of baffles me how a place with pizza in its name does not have somebody in the kitchen that knows how to make pizza. I have a strong feeling that they had to wait for someone to drive in the new how to make the pizza. The only other thing they were all their tables getting food that was not pizza. It would have been nice had the kitchen said hey we can't make pizza right now would you like to order something else. Because my wife and I just came in for a quick bite and when all was said and done we were probably there for an hour and a half.
