We partnered with Innerwork to develop a team building workshop in Miami and had a great experience. The Innerwork team took the time beforehand to understand our objectives and tailored the content to our needs. Everyone had a blast and our facilitator Jose was top notch, but the most important comment from one my leaders was that this was the first team building workshop that gave him explicit, tangible takeaways to apply with his team. If you want your team building workshop to deliver results beyond just building camaraderie, Innerwork is a great choice. Highly recommend!

We recently held our quarterly leadership retreat (federal agency) for our management team of 15 people. This was the first in-person event post COVID for many of our managers. InnerWork provided a one-day leadership development event. The content included multiple “action learning” simulations developed to demonstrate team principles through interactive challenge events. These activities allowed the team to work through various problem solving scenarios to strengthen key leadership skills including: accountability, empowered decisions, honest and open communication, supporting one another, acting with integrity, taking risks, acknowledging others, coaching, and building trust. The day concluded with exercises for giving and receiving positive and constructive feedback. The management team was also able to draft a team agreement based on the key take-aways of the day. Our facilitator, Darryl, was personable, engaging, energetic, and was exceptional at reading the room. The planning process was expertly coordinated by the President, Ed Quinn, and his EA, Jay. They were extremely easy to work with and would highly recommend for this type of event.
