Ok first when I say beyond professional I mean it. I just returned to wa from California and on my way through I stopped her for a shirt for my son with it going to be a little while of a wait I was hesitant because we had been gone for days but the woman behind the counter not only made it a great experience Samantha she says they offer shipping if need be well i am excited to get it delivered she kept me up to date via text and made sure it got dropped for shipping right before she closed. I know kinda long but this place will receive my business for life thank you for being a good person and friendly store. Also might ad the selection is huge custom shirts and hats mugs you name it bigger inside than looks outside.

If you go into Freedoms expect to have fun and talk to great people. I probably spent 20 or 30 minutes trying to pick out a hoodie- I couldn't choose what shade of pink I wanted lol (its my fave color). The owner (I think) came up to me and helped me pick and he was just great to talk to and very kind. And I LOVE my hoodie, it's so cute. Can't wait to go back (I'm a local).

My son wanted a crew neck sweatshirt made of one of their designs displayed on the wall. The guy asked if we wanted the side arm print of “seaside”, I answered no thanks. I walked off for only a minute to find my other children so we can pay and leave. When he rang us up, turns out he printed it on and charged us the extra $5 for it. Plenty of other souvenir shops, I wouldn’t go back here because I’m unsure if it was an intentional or accidentally upsale. But he didn’t offer to make us a new one and by then I had gathered my kids and ready to go. Irritated by the design mistake but my son was happy with the sweatshirt still. My take away lesson, should have supervised them making it! Also quality of the sweatshirt is cheap.

We came here on 6/12/2024. We were honeymooning from out of state. We purchased two custom sweatshirts for our kids. They look great except they misspelled my daughter’s name. It is supposed to say Treveah down the arm sleeve. They replaced the “h” with “n” so it says Trevean. They had us write out the names and they even repeated them back to us, so I’m not sure how this happened. We had to leave the next day so we had them ship them to our address. We didn’t find out until the package arrived.

I love this store! It is like a smorgasbord of unique hoodies, t shirts and so much more. I could spend the entire day shopping. 🛍️
There is no shortage of sarcastic t’s for the funny ones in your life. If you don’t see what you want, just ask someone and they will make a custom one for you. Great informative staff as well.
I met the owner last time I was there, what a peach! 🍑

Love this store, the guys in there are amazing, and they have a large size range witch is amazing
