Went to listen to a Celtic Jam, which was very poor.

There were a boatload of draft beers listed. I asked to taste one, which every other bar I know allows. The very rude bar-keep told me that "this is not the way we do it here, you have to buy a 5oz taster" That makes NO SENSE. If I dislike the beer I'll know in less than half an oz, why would I want to have to pay for the other 4.5 ozs.

Because we wanted to listen to the jam I did order a pint of a beer I know, that was a lot cheaper anyway.

It seems to me that pints at the Forge are 14ozs

I will avoid this place and suggest others do

What an awesome atmosphere The Forge has! Felt like a pub one might find in the UK. Great people both at the bar and behind it. A definite must visit… multiple times!

Forge is a staple if you live in Foco. It used to be an old foundry of some kind and you guessed it they have a working forge!

They actually do offer a membership where you get your own engraved mug and it gets you $1 off beers and a few other perks.

Forge is another chill place, during summer they have a good outside space and sometimes live music. Also large space in back to lounge in.

They don't really serve food because they don't have a kitchen. Oh yea their constant rotation of craft beer means there is always something different every time you come here!

This feels like a great place to have a drink. Two different bars with some great beer on tap, a small stage for live music, an area for games, and a nice outside area for warmer nights. I'm also interested in the beer club they have (special ceramic glasses for club members) with some specials. $50 to join the club. I could see myself coming back to this spot many times.

This place is lovely! Not too busy when we came at 9pm on a Saturday. Live music going on. Good taps, cheap and delicious pierogies and plenty of other tempting apps. Friendly staff. Games you can borrow. Dog friendly! Patio in the summer looks inviting.
