My husband and I ordered drinks of their specials menu. The bill came and they did not honor the price. When we brought it to their attention, the bartender stated that we didn’t specify we wanted the special’s pricing. Absolutely absurd.

The guy with the ponytail working tonight, Thursday 11/21, was extremely rude because we ordered drinks and asked if we should pay with him. He then got upset because my friend was putting on lipgloss while he dropped off the drinks.
He didn’t like us questioning him and asked the front door to escort us out and made the DJ pause the music until we left the bar.
An extremely immature and unnecessary move for someone who can simply ask for a card to keep a tab open.
We were recommended this bar by a friend and we can confidently say we would not be coming back nor recommending this pace again due to his rude remarks as we were exiting and lack of communication.

We’ve been coming here for years, but this year will be the last. It’s the usual pre funk spot ahead of the sharks game, but this year there computer ordering system did us in … Wrong items, unable to add notes or customize for allergies, etc and terrible tasting food makes it impossible for us to return.

Great place good drinks good food. Dont asked for limes they where at least a week old other then that. Plenty of TVs on the inside plenty of TVs on the outside we went there to watch a warriors game ask to pay $10 cover charge because of a boxing game I thought it was funny because on the inside of the bar there is literally seven people at the bar he said we can sit on the patio that was free for the warriors game so we said yes and we went back there I found out that's where all the people were I get it it's slow and everything but don't charge a cover charge with seven people at the bar it's not worth it anyways great time heat lamps in the back good people very clean area easy to find definitely recommend checking out the Brit if you like the Brit definitely check out the original brick on Almaden really good bartenders there on speakers that are really suck music is very quiet but overall the people and the bartenders are very friendly definitely recommend checking out both locations

Love the atmosphere of this place! The food here is amazing too. There is a variety of food options to choose from. Food and drinks are all reasonably priced. Super friendly staff as well. Highly recommend going here if you’re in the area.

Good place to watch sports. The outdoor bar is really nice but the screens are a bit dark on a really sunny day. The servers are very friendly and attentive. Food and drinks are pretty decent too.

I stopped at the Brit last night as well as a few months ago while in town for work and had unimpressive experiences both times. They're supposedly open till 10, but the bartender shut off TVs and security was putting chairs on the bar by 8:30 within minutes of me arriving. It was dead in there. I was one of maybe 6 patrons. The security guy at least was considerate enough to ask if I minded him putting up chairs next to me, to which I shrugged and said "Fine by me. Guess you guys are closing early. I'll finish my beer and be on my way." He said that they always close early, and assured me I could stay and shouldn't feel rushed, but how the am I supposed to feel when you shut off the TVs and start hanging chairs? I felt like my presence was unwelcome and all they wanted to do was go home. I can't give an opinion on the food because I obviously didnt have a chance to try it. Didnt even get offered a menu.

Based on my repeated experiences separated by several months, the other recent reviews I have just read, and the owners responses which are chocked full of excuses and justifications about how it was a long day that day, and it takes a long time to close up, I will not be returning to this establishment. I am sure the owner will respond with something about it being slow and how expensive payroll is, but to that I would suggest you focus on creating an environment that makes guests feel welcome to keep people in your bar (also known as revenue) versus closing early and trying to keep your costs down (expense).

This place is pretty cool for a pub. Me and my family went here for a private football event hosted by Chelsea if u know what team that is. Food was okay, and drinks aren’t special. Service was like 10 min for drinks and for food like 20, but there were like 400 people in the bar so it was actually pretty fast. If u ever get to go here, try the Bavarian pretzel.
