Huge Thumbs up !!! Absolutely amazing job with the fabrication of my swing gate / spare tire carrier. Used appropriately gauged steel tubing and paid attention to design requirement and accommodated multiple iterations of the design. He also wanted to make sure everything fits well and had me mockup the setup as I would use it in real life and made appropriate adjustments.

Im not easily impressed but the attention to detail and passion for his work shows.

Will definitely be back with more fun projects !!!

I contacted Forrest regarding some CNC Plasma cutting work for a few custom plate-style bumper builds. From the start, Forrest was excited about this project and mentioned a bumper he had done for another client in the past. He even sent me a few pictures of the bumper, so I knew he would do a great job with mine. Not only did he provide me with a quote the same day I called him, he also made a modification to one of the pieces and quickly sent over some modified drawings for me to review and approve. Forrest had it done the next day, and was extremely reasonable with pricing. I am completely satisfied with everything and will certainly be using Synergy Fabrication in the future, and recommending him to others in need of a fantastic fabricator. Thanks Forrest!

Forced as the owner of a business I would have had a little respect for you had you been slightly honest and just admitted that you've never followed up on your estimate. Instead you try to deflect my entire factual review of your company making it entirely my fault or you confused me with a different client. I did not have any clients, this work was directly for me. You told me you were 2 weeks out and I agreed to that time frame after 2 weeks you told me it would be another 2 weeks and eventually you never returned my calls. I am still waiting to this day for your return phone call. I think it would have been better for a short apology and just say you were too busy instead of trying to deflect and make it as though it was my fault. As you remember you had done work for me before and I was very satisfied which is the reason I returned to you. It is sad that you can't accept a poor review and move on, instead you want to make it the customer's fault. Seeing the type of business owner that you are also makes me very happy that I found someone else for the job. Try to have a little integrity in business in the future. It would do you well.
