Strategic Coach has been a game changer for me personally, professionally, for my team, and my business. Strategic Coach provides coaching, incredible tools to help us think and work through opportunities, challenges, and insights. Our team has been trained on the top three (3) tools and we share a common language and protocol when presenting new projects, ideas, or managing the unexpected challenges that life brings.

My skills as an entrepreneur and leader have multiplied far more than my investment in the program. I feel supported by my coaches, and the other entrepreneurs in the program. It is a healthy, vibrant community where learning and growth are valued.

The concept of "Who Not How" helped me truly understand what it means to have the right person in the right seat on the bus (Jim Collins, Good to Great). My freedoms have expanded for time, energy, and new revenue sources that would not have been realized without this important concept.

I've been in the Program for 21 years & now it's time to quit...the Programming for the last several years has been extremely redundant & non-applicable to the Real Estate Development Business...
I'm not going to live to 120 years & therefore would like to go spend my Golden years (spending ALL the $$$) on Free Time WITHOUT worrying about SC principles. My Exit strategy is to "go out Broke" which is not in the SC Program. Sorry, Dan but all good things must come to an end. 🙂
