I wish I could give additional stars! Pulled up to gate 2 hours before appointment. Gate guard was personable and pleasant. He assigned me a door and gave clear instructions about where to go. Backed into door then went into office to check in. They gave me BOL and seal then and said when the light turns green, pull out, put the seal on, and I was good to go. Told me they were going to load it right now. By the time i got back to my truck they were already loading it. 20 minutes later my light turned green. It was so fast I went to the office to ask if I was clear. Yep, good to go. 40 minutes from pulling up to the gate to pulling out of the gate. If only this was the norm throughout the shipping industry...

Arrived at 09:30 for a 13:00 appointment. The product happened to be ready which was awesome. They had me rolling out again by 10:00. Be sure to use River Road when entering the plant. Owensboro with their one way streets and truck restricted areas can be challenging and the signage for this place is very poor from the main road. Just look for River road and follow it in.

Arrived at 0915 for 1000 appt, a little slow getting a door but the great customer service from the guard and his trainee at the gate and Eddie who came out to my truck to get the BOL and unloaded my truck made up for it. A great perk here is if you need to take your 10 hour break, they will allow you stay on the property. A little surprised when the guard asked how I was doing on hours. Great job SFG!

Appointment was 2pm, got there at 1:30pm, loaded at 2:30pm, only took an hour, pretty good experience.

Tried calling for directions and the prompt wasn’t working. There is another review that said to avoid ebach ave because the track crossing is high enough to run your landing gear on it (it is a truck route), google earth shows a lot of scrape marks. You can also use 4th street and turn left onto Crabtree but it’s a bit of tight turn then left on 2nd and right onto river rd to avoid ebach ave.

I went this way with zero issues and easy turns

*US 60 west to exit 11 west Parrish-turn right at top of ramp towards Owensboro

*turn left onto bosley rd (it’ll turn into Crabtree)

*turn left onto 2nd street

*turn right onto river road and it’ll take you straight to the truck entrance/guard shack

When I leave I’m taking river road up to 2nd street, turning right on 2nd street and it’ll take you back to US 60
