I signed up for internet service online four days ago, had my credit checked, paid my fee, entered my install day preferences and received a confirmation.

Today I called to confirm the install date and after talking to a succession of people found they can't even service my area. They have had my order and payment for four days and nobody thought maybe they should contact me?

Total amateurs. I don't know how their internet service is but their back office administration is amateurish.

This company makes it intentionally difficult to make payments. Their online system for accounts does not work. They have been made aware and are not interested in fixing the problem.

Took a while to get an install appointment but understand it was probably due to being a new build. The installer was amazing. He got it done even though the new house threw in a few curve balls. I gave a 4 star based on that and a ”so far so good” experience.However I do not like having websites blocked until I “ok” their user agreement; even medical websites. Frustrating.

I am leaving review in hope that I can get a hold of person who I spoke with when setting up service. I'm not even sure I heard name right so I don't want to tell her name.
I know she was in SC.
I did not receive confirmation email and I'm wondering if she heard it right.
Anyway, as far as a review goes. She was Superb! Very informative and helpful.
Hopefully everyone has the same experience I did.
Very courteous and professional and excellent communication skills.

I've had the service for almost a month. It's ok, but I've had to reset the modem twice. I also got sparklight for my parents house 2 years ago and it works good.

so far very terrible experience with this company, your construction team was supposed to put in the wiring for my apartment building months ago. I had internet scheduled to be installed about 2 weeks ago but was unable to get it because of your construction team. I called today to find out that your team put in the wiring for another building but still have no eta for mine. You guys have been 0 help, extremely dissatisfied with your service currently.

So far I am impressed. I have never had high-speed Internet, so I am not familiar with the pluses or minuses pros and cons of such a critter. I think it would all depend on the provider. At this stage spark light has been fantastic. I am very pleased with your customer service. I very much appreciate being able to talk to a human when I have an issue or a question being big or small. Although I haven’t been home for the last 12 days as I recently had spark light installed, I expect wonderful things in the future regarding our relationship and them providing fantastic, high-speed Internet. Thank you very much spark light for the awesome customer service you have provided thus far keep up the good work and have a merry Christmas.

Don't waist your time or money. The worst service possible. We have internet and phone for our business. It's been down for 2 days and they can't manage to get a tech here during our business hours to fix it. We're done. Switching to Starlink and VOIP. Bye bye loosers.
