Jamie represents among the highest levels of customer service, from beginning to the end, that I've ever experienced. After being badly mistreated and misled by another marketing company, I felt vulnerable, defeated, and deflated (I even entertained the thought of ‘hanging up my hat’). However, Jamie (Social Climb) swooped in and rescued me. She and her team went the extra mile at EVERY stage. I appreciated her straightforward approach and honesty. She shared valuable information on the ins & outs of marketing and didn’t try to upsell her services. Furthermore, she attentively LISTENED and took the time to explain step-by-step the solutions and strategy necessary for my business to succeed. When I had a question or two (ok…I had lots of questions), ALL her responses were prompt, professional, and sprinkled with humility. I believe Jamie had my best interest at heart and truly wanted to see another small business owner succeed at reaching their goals. Jamie was always gracious, patient, and calm when I would add yet another task to her “to-do” list. Her turnaround time in completing tasks was short and minimal. It was apparent her focus and concern were making sure I was satisfied with the outcome of her services. To top it off…….her prices and fees were PHENOMENAL!!!!
