I don’t usually take the time to write reviews (which I really need to do more often, both for great companies and those that fall short), but I felt compelled to share my experience with Smart Digital.

When I first signed up, things started out strong, and I was optimistic about the results they promised. However, after the first few months, I noticed no real improvement or benefit to my campaign. Despite their initial assurances, the company consistently over-promised and under-delivered on every aspect of the service.

When I decided to cancel my account, I was met with unprofessional behavior. Natasha started calling me, and instead of addressing my concerns, she insisted on bringing in the owner, Cedrick. During our conversations, she was dismissive, didn’t listen to my feedback, and even made claims about what Smart Digital was supposedly doing for my campaign.

As someone new to digital marketing, I wish they had been more empathetic and helpful. Instead, I ended up spending far too much money with no noticeable results or increased traffic to my site.

Unfortunately, my experience with Smart Digital was frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend them, especially to small business owners who are looking for honest guidance and tangible results.

They will steal your profile out of spite! I used them years ago, and recently, randomly, my entire google business profile was deleted and the only way to get it back was to know the email that requested it be deleted which was attached to it. Come to find out, this company made themselves admin of my profile when I had hired them years ago, and I had to guess that it was their email. That was the only way to get my profile recovered. They Completely deleted my profile 2 years after I canceled the contract with no warning or reason and then Didn’t admit to it. They also tried to black mail me by withholding all my content when I wanted to cancel my contract because their service was no good, but I called them out on that and informed them the contract stated I owned my content.

We are a small family business. We were with Smart digital for a couple years. Not only did they promise things we do not do on our website, they also had our phone number wrong. Our online presence was never verified, and they have terrible customer service. Once they get your money, they show NO interest. All of a sudden our google listing has been taken down. I saw that this happened to some of their other clients, who wised up and took their business elsewhere.
