After calling multiple sign companies that promised to deliver what I wanted then leaving me hanging I reached out to signworks and Brianna. The intial quote was higher than I had in the budget, but they worked with me and it was honestly the best money spent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a sign. From start to finish it was easy and they took care of everything. Even the city permits. Plus they delivered it faster than the said it would be ready. Don't go cheap, go quality and use them for your business sign.

I try not to be angry but the fact is I took this project in that I’ve been working on for over a year now trying to piece it together I created the design I transfer's it over to a 3d printing program took me trial and error into 3d printing this enclosure each piece taking 16 to 20 hours trying to figure out the right dimensions pouring money into supply’s and PLA with the final pieces are having them to cut a piece of plexiglass to fit the box providing my own plexiglass and just having them cut it for me I thought this establishment was a professional environment that cared for each job and service they try and provide for I know this isn’t a common request and not one of they’re biggest jobs but I’d thought they would at least care and be a little more considerate of customers belongings especially putting so much trust into they’re Business I would’ve understood if they accidentally dropped and broke my project but instead I get told they were horsing around saying “it looked like tweezers” and deliberately snapped my project and instead of any compensation or even a little discount which I wasn’t asking for anything free they still wanted to charge me full price after breaking my hard work all they could tell me was sorry I can’t tell anyone to not come here but I will say think your options over more closely because if they couldn’t accomplish and care for a small simple task what is it to say they would do better with a bigger job I hope in the future they can be more considerate
