Signs of Appalachia is a terrible company to do business with. They are terrible! I have never dealt with people like this before. You have to beg them for answers to emails, they do not answer their phone. They recognize your phone number and just do not pick up your call. My team and myself could not have been more patient and nicer to the people here. This is a tough area to get your signs installed and Signs of Appalachia said they would install our signs for us, we sent them the signs and nothing, crickets. I have never had this hard a time trying to get a call back or an email answered. They made us feel terrible. We could have had a long and great relationship since our clients are everywhere in this area. Signs of Appalachia is huge waste of energy and time.
