I cant say enough GREAT things about this company, I ordered a poly aluminum sign for my business Robertson Lawn Care LLC on Friday via email and they had it ready for me by the next business day that afternoon. I can only speak to the laser engraving they performed on five 30oz tumblers with powder coating. I provided a Power Point showing the tumblers and how I wanted the text and or images positioned. One of the images was provided in an EPS format and was somewhat complicated. The engraving on two of the tumblers seem to have an incorrect height to width ratio compared to the EPS image provided. The image seemed squashed. Of the three remaining tumblers, each one had issues. The first had one paragraph with one font size and the second paragraph a larger font size. The second tumbler’s paragraph appeared to be slightly off parallel with the tumblers ends. I also asked that the text be visible with the handles added. A portion of the text is covered by the handles. The third tumbler didn’t have a cleanup pass or something. Part of the engraving still had some residual powder coating. I would have hoped more care would have been taken to provide a great finished product. The work, in my opinion, was sloppy. It was a little embarrassing providing these as gift for Christmas. Don’t get me wrong, the staff I dealt with are very nice and I can’t speak to the other services.
