Absolute worst service we’ve ever received. We thought about dropping them months ago but decided to give them another chance since we had a deposit down. They put up signs without scheduling an install with us, communication was terrible, and the rep thought it would be professional to yell at us over the phone. Fired them and got some of our money back, will never use them again. Tried discussing these things with the owner and he gave us the same run around. Very unfortunate.

Edit reply to owner: our business is in your file. Willing to talk to you on the phone if you’re up for it. Email discussion got nowhere, failed to acknowledge that there was even a problem with your rep. Not much else we can do at this point but leave a review and take a loss.

I spent about four thousand dollars on signs for my business and they used zip ties to secure the banners. They didn't even last a year before the wind ripped them off. I lost one of the five hundred dollar banners for good it could never be found. I called them asking why would you use zip ties that's obviously not going to last and all I got was a bunch of excuses. I asked them if they could come back out and put some back up and never heard back. Take your business elsewhere I'm going to try a smaller company next time that will actually care about there customers.

Outstanding customer service, user experience, and overall professionalism.
I come as a walk-in a few minutes before closing time with the simple task to print one small word to fix my add board in Mt.Shasta.
From the beginning to the end, I observe every step to see if there are any flaws. Mariah Lynch matches my energies and calmly answers questions even if they are not relevant to each other.
I know many hired front desk employers just work for the money to survive without enjoying the moment. Not here!
Mariah and the company have a very good flow and steps I understand for the print process.
I was treated elegantly and professionally. No fake attitudes & any other attitudes like half sleepy zombie or bored to death. Cheerful, fresh, and to the point.

Signarama was a pleasure to work with. Our company paid a graphic designer on Fiverr to put together some material for a sign. Those materials were then sent to Signarama and they managed the rest. Be sure to review your proofs closely, they are pragmatic and not responsible for making you look "good," necessarily. Be sure to get the positioning of any freestanding text right as you like it. We do plan on doing business again.

Awesome experience with these guys! The building was the old Tile City location on Hartnell. Was met within seconds of walking in, and had a quote within an hour or two after that. I was truly concerned about leaving my vehicle there overnight. I was reassured about my concerns, and the work was done promptly. Office staff and installers were also outstanding, and professionally dressed. Everyone was enthusiastic, and motivated, so I'm sure there's a sense of "Team" with these guys. True professionals! Josh and Bryan were excellent in helping us get quite a bit of last-minute work done for our non-profit event in Redding and everything that was produced was absolutely beautiful! The media printed perfectly and the communication regarding our visions and needs for the venue were perfect thanks to Josh’s help. Our org planned this concert from 2000 miles away and the team at Signarama in Redding made life so easy for us in helping us figure out where and which size signs would be needed based on their experience at the venue.
