The picture was printed perfect and was not blurry and it fit perfect on the piece I was needing it too! Customer service was amazing! Multiple delays with this company not showing up when promised. When they did show up, they did not complete the job and left things in hazardous locations. The job was to install a new sign and to move our sign to our new location 3 doors down. When they finally came to do that, they turned off the breaker to the sign so that they could work on the electric to the sign (completely reasonable). At the end of the day they came in (without turining the breaker back on) and said they would return the next day to connect the electrical. They never showed up. I briefly turned the power on just to see what would happen, and sure enough, it powered on just fine. But I don't know the state that they left the power, so I was not comfortable leaving it on. On talking to the other company that hired signarama, they were told that there was no electricity ran to the signs and that it would have to be installed, which is a lie as both signs worked completely properly with power prior to this process. They also moved signs around on the road sign and now that sign also does not light up as it did previously. We attempted to contact signarama to see what was going on and we were yelled and and spoken to very condescendingly ("I can send someone out to turn on the breaker if you aren't capable of that." Flipping the breaker isn't the problem. We need to know that it is connected properly, because we were under the impression that it was not as far as what was communicated to us). They also had taken another sign off of the building for another tenant and left the sign in front of our back door so that it could not be properly opened, which is a fire hazard. I cannot recommend working with this company.

recommend! Although the induction switch was not completed before, it has been completed this time. It also meets the requirements for LED lights. Many thanks to the staff and manager who installed the sign. The attitude is very good, very good! Will come again to buy other products!

We had a great experience with Signarama Louisville East. Wendy helped us from design to install. The sign was ready quicker than we were expecting too which allowed us to have more exposure. We shopped around for a sign but were very happy with our decision.
