Stopped by the office....showed them the very simple emblem i wanted...told them i need shirts, hats and wrap for co. vehicles. Not an insignificant amount of business....She promised to follow up in a few days...Did they do as promised...NO....did they followup...NO....did they respond to my email followup...NO
If they are not eager up front with new dollars coming in....how would they be when service after the sale is required!
