UPDATE: We've used them to make our hats and signs now. They make stickers! When we need those done we'll use them for that too.

I wish a remember the ladies name who help me but I am so grateful!! I am from Texas and throwing a birthday party for my son and I made T-shirt for everyone that was coming. I left two behind in TX and needed them by the next day at 10 am. The party started at 11. They match my shirt they were able to scan the design I had. It match perfectly!! I am so thankful for the kind fast service. Really saved my bacon. The shirts are wonderful!! Thank you thank you!!

Rude beyond measure. I went in there thinking that there was at least a little bit of artistic ability amongst the workers. The woman in charge was so incredibly rude I wanted to hit her in the face. They have no artistic ability what so ever, you cannot get an original design done by hand. You have to pick from what they already have, (which is crap) or send in a picture from the internet that is the exact size and pixels. Absolutely ridiculous. Everything is done by computer. There is no airbrushing, no painting, again no artistic design what so ever. I tried to do it her way and send in a picture, and all I got was rude responses and I felt a though I was wasting her precious time, even though there were no other customers in the building. I will never go back to this place. Cheaper, easier and more reliable service can be found online.

Came in there to possible personalize some work shirts for my crew. The gentlemen that was working the counter NEVER greeted us. He didn’t say hello or anything. He did have a customer at the desk but at least acknowledge our presence! We browsed the entire store and stood up front for several minutes...the least he could’ve said was “HELLO”...I’ll be with you in a few minutes! Customer Service is so RARE...place is always empty and that’s probably why! 👎🏾
