Filled out an application and received a call the next day. First red flag was being asked if my parents were aware I applied (I'm 18, which she should've put together considering the application asked for my birth date). It was just completely irrelevant. Second red flag was being told in a bad tone of voice about how my style is "funky." Third and final red flag was when she referred to the background of my photo as a "construction zone" (again, in a bad tone of voice) when it was, in fact, the unfinished basement of my 100+ year old house.

All around unprofessional, so I ended the call with a, "you know what? Forget it." and promptly hung up. The only professional thing she did was ask for a picture with my face in it, which I didn't attach because I don't have any recent pictures of my full body/face (and there wasn't the option to attach two pictures to submit.) For that alone, you get two stars.
