This firm is a dream that is owned by a larger software firm. I am on the board of a church that is suffering from a small PR problem and the firm could not of been more helpful and honest. We met at their old town offices in Bellevue and they actually "listened" to us which was different.

In the end the solution involved some "creative seo" and it was gone from Google. Expensive but worth every single penny.
