He deserves 0 stars. I called him today and he was extremely rude and at one point said to me, "Are you telling me what to do?" when all I was asking him was about his services and what my needs were. I'm confused how he is still in business.

I had a terrible experience here. The guy Frank was super rude. I was trying to be nice and have a conversation with him but he wasn’t in the mood at all. I RECOMMEND NO ONE to come here!!!!!!!!!!!

Couldn’t even get a step in the door because when I called to speak to frank the guy who does taxes he was vey rude was rushing me on the phone and I told him he was rude and told me GREAT! Do not book with them they don’t value there customers the ones who keep them in business!

The male who I spoke to over the phone was very high strong and did not know how to speak to clients. I was trying to be be polite and respectful and he kept acting like he couldn’t give me the time of day to make an appointment. When ever I told him I didn’t have one of the required documents and asked if there is another way that we can submit with another document he got angry and accused me of trying to break the law. I was literally just asking if another form would be acceptable since the form he was asking for was one that I didn’t have at the moment. I would not recommend going this person just for the fact that he does not know how to treat people.

If i could give ZERO stars i would, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PERVERTED RUDE GUY FRANK TO GET ANYTHING DONE!!!! dropped my taxes off to get done and still aren't done, i go to pick them up and stated i wanted them back to go elsewhere and he refused to give them to me because "he said he just finished them, and wanted to be paid" he's a liar and even discussed his sexual life with my mother, who just went in to get her taxes done a couple years back!!! He talks to you like a child and when you decide to say something rude back to him, he fusses and says how nice he's treated you (bullcrap). Taxes are due tomorrow and he will not give me my information done so i can complete my taxes elsewhere!!

SEAFORD MANAGEMENT is totally fraud do not trust on FRANK.

He just fraud with me on $99, he charged $99 from my Visa Card but then said to me to send ITIN form to him using MAIL but he never said to me before charging my card.

In Email chat he was told me i can send him documents in EMAIL Attachment but after he charge my card he refuse and said to me send documents via MAIl to my US address which is same like IRS require.

Also Frank is very rudy and greedy person he does not care about customers and just need money and money and money.

My order is not complete and i was request him to refund my money back since i'm not able to send him document using Mail service but he refuse to refund it and said your order is complete which is actually not complete.

I will not recommend anyone to use this Fraud person service.

Very rude person. Lady at desk seems nice but couldn't give any information. Went there was told to call but if I'm already there why couldn't she answer a simple question. I assume if I called she would be the one I talk to. Wont be going back.

RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND AND HE WAS CORRECT. IF YOU WANT YOUR TAXES DONE FAST AND CORRECT SEE FRANK. GOT MY REFUND BACK WITHIN TWO WEEKS. VERY NICE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH ALSO DID IT ALL IN ONE VISIT.I KNOW HE IS MY TAX MAN IN THE FUTURE.
