Zero stars is what they deserve. Salesman Robert P. assured me it was no problem to change the front door of a home. Once he said he would change it I gave him our deposit and closed on the house a few weeks later. The door never got changed. Over 20 warranty requests submitted in the first month. I don't know how they have been awarded builder of the year. The build quality is awful and the customer service is equally as bad.
