They did mostly okay. That’s a generous review because my client was upset and I missed a deadline due to their lack of attention to detail.

The main problem I had was being offered a cheap credit on my next order like I’m going to use them again. Clowns.

I paid you for a thing I didn’t get. Plain and simple. You took my money for the the thing and have the outrageous audacity to tell me I could’ve just gone to a hardware store to fix a problem that wasn’t mine. But, it ended up being my problem.

You guys mostly did good work but others are going to see this review and I fail to see where your reply solves anything, unless you’re okay with taking payment for giving people problems and telling them to figure it out.
