From the initial sales process through onboarding to working with the team to build out the playbook, they walked us through every step of it. Once the program was kicked off the team was great, from the appointment setting to follow up to weekly update meetings, it was a real pleasure to work with them.

They have crazy employee turnover. We worked with them for more than 3 months. Everyone we worked with left the company in rapid succession. Despite long periods of nobody working on our account we continued being billed. Never once did they come close to the stated KPIs agreed to at the start.

Buyer Beware! Initially, I was very excited to get started with Sales Hive based on the activities they informed us they would provide. However, they fell well short of any upfront promises made. After bringing their shortfalls to their attention several times we received a communication back from the CFO with the exact quote, "the volume of calls is not a commitment". Apparently, the verbal commitments made several time in bringing us onboard are not valid if there happens to be differing language in the fine print of the agreement. Buyer Beware!

I'll give them two stars because there were some people that did make an honest effort even though no results were ever delivered.

They booked us almost 30 meetings in 2 months. That's not normal even for them, but it was exactly what we needed. Shout out to Tykia Jackson, Michael Folling, Melissa, Liam, Madi, and the full team of people that handled our outbound with the specificity and expertise it deserved. Would 100% recommend these guys, and will be returning for more when we can.

I was hired during the pandemic and I could not believe it because I know that most of us are in fear and shock. During that time I badly needed a job and was so happy that the CEO (Brendan) see me fit to work with his company. He trained me and worked with the sales team and later on with the Responder Team. I have learned a lot ang gained new skills and knowledge because my co-workers are the best and the smartest! The management is so great that I feel like I'm not just an employee but part of the family.

The culture of this company is something that you would always wish to have. My support and loyalty for them is through the roof!

I started as one of the first five SDRs in March 2020 right when the Covid lockdowns went into effect. I was super grateful to be employed. As the company grew I was one of the first two SDRs promoted to manager overseeing my own team of new SDRs. Then in May 2022 I was promoted to Director overseeing a team of about 10 managers. SalesHive continues to have the most supportive and positive corporate culture I have ever worked in.
